Garry is a Black Belt 8th Dan in kickboxing (AMA) A 6th Dan in karate (AMA) and a 4th Dan in ju jitsu (BJJA)

Garry has been training for over 40 years, and is also proficient with a variety of weapons.

Garry teaches at all of the HKA clubs, and also offers private lessons, group sessions, refereeing and grading courses.
